7 miles with Sasha and first 2 with Hyrum. After over a week of letting the knee rest it is still trashed. I am going to keep running and see if it gets worse and I guess it is back to the doctor again as well. I am starting to wonder if I am going to get over this anytime soon. I am starting to think res may not be doing the trick as I did not run for 8 days and it did not improve and I think it even got worse this time. Kind of bummed so sorry for not being on the blog more often.

I am still willing to look at the knee and see if I can help out any.

Sorry to hear about the continued problem with the knee. Wish I had some advice but if rest isn't doing it??? Hopefully you can find a doc that can help or maybe it is time to scope it.

Keeping you in my prayers.

do you take a calcium supplement? it may not help, but i guess anything goes at this point, huh? see you tomorrow. do you know what time?

From Paul Petersen on Tue, Mar 11, 2008 at 11:54:30

Glucosamine may help as well.

that was another one I was thinking of, but I couldn't remember the name.

Thanks for the support everyone. I do take glucosamine and am a believer in it I may need to up the dose for awhile. Calcium may be worth a shot as well. It is good to see you coming back Paul.
