Easy 10 mile Provo River Run with Sasha average pace of 7:21. Overall legs feel ok after the 30K. Some soreness in my right achilles and ankle but not much other soreness. Sasha wanted to do a 1/2 mile pick-up so towards end we ran a 1/2 in 2:44. A little tired but overall I am pleased.

Nice run this morning Ted. You had a good race on Saturday so you should expect some

soreness, and you accomplished what you needed to run today.

Ted, I'm not going to be able to run the Ogden Marathon. Our system conversion date can't be changed from May 19th. I'm very disappointed and heartbroken. I was really anxious to see what I can do. Extremely disappointed... I guess I'll have to run the Des. News Marathon on July 24. Although we do have a local marathon in Idaho called the Teton Dam Marathon but it's not a Boston Qualifier on June 3rd. But I would rather run a Boston Qualifier.
