AM - Met with Sasha, Jeff and Adam at 6:00am this morning. It was actually on the cool side this morning as it was only 57'F. Sasha and Jeff were going to do a 12 mile Tempo so I just did the 4.88 mile warm-up with the group and then continued on to run 13.15 miles. We started slow and then I picked it up as I went after the 5 mile mark. Averaged 7:20 pace for the whole run. I will add more tonight with the kids.

PM - Ran 1 mile with Jared and towed him along to a new PR of 7:38. Then ran 2 miles with James in the hills around our house. Then added 4 more miles just for fun. A little over 7 miles at 7:42 average overall. A hilly run around my house up near the Provo Temple. Legs are tired but that is expected right now.

Hey Ted- I am Clyde's wife. Just thought I would let you know you made an appearance in our weekly newspaper we get in the mail. I don't know if the picture is on their website, www.dixieweekly.com (it's not working right now). I didn't realize you were with the ROTC. Do you know Richard Miller? He is my brother-in-laws brother.

Hi, we just started the Dixie Army ROTC program this fall. I am in charge of all of the Army ROTC for BYU, UVSC, SUU and now DSC. My office is a t BYU but I make my way around to see all of the programs at least once a month. So I guess that means I will be in St. George about once a month from now on. If Richard Miller is involved with Army ROTC or works at Dixie I may know him but I am bad with names. Does he work at Dixie?

I think Richard used to do something with the ROTC at SUU. Now he is up in SLC. He was in charge of the 222 when they went to Iraq. Not sure of his position?

I'm sure Clyde will be glad to have a running buddy whenever you are down!
