Short-Term Running Goals:

Return to previous running form! Hopefully get back in sub 2:30 marathon shape again.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Not sure yet. Attempt to reach my maximum potential, whatever that may be.

Personal:

Obvioulsy I'm in the Army. I am married with four children (16/13/9/3 years old). Currently working at BYU as the head of the Army ROTC program. Returned from Iraq in JAN 06 and am attemptig to get back in shape after not running for almost 18 months and gaining 20+ pounds.

K+49 days (7 weeks post surgery!)

Today was 100% crutch free! By the end of the day my knee and leg was very tired but I made it all day without the crutch. So as long as I don't have any set backs I am crutch free.

2.5 hours of spin bike and 200 strength reps today.

Wow I can't believe that 7 weeks has gone by. Time flies, I am sure not for you though. I really hope the recovery is going well and things continue to get better and you are back to running soon. Best of luck.
