Running Accomplishments:

400m = 55.7; 800m = 2:03; 1500m = 4:08; 1 Mile = 4:24; 2 Mile = 9:28; 5k = 15:26; 8k = 25:35; 10k = 32:12; 15k = 49:50; 10 Miles = 54:11; 1/2 M = 1:13:50 (during marathon); Marathon = 2:28:31

Short-Term Running Goals:

Return to previous running form! Using WMA tables try and break my younger days PR equivalents. The easiest of these should be my half marathons I have not run many halfs and it is therefore my slowest PR. So my goals for the next couple years are:

400 - 60 (WMA = 55.7)

800 - 2:11 (WMA = 2:03)

1m - 4:42 (WMA = 4:24)

2m - 10:06 (WMA = 9:28)

5K - 16:27 (WMA = 15:26)

8K - 27:16 (WMA = 25:35)

10K - 34:20 (WMA = 32:12)

15K - 52:42 (WMA = 49:50)

10M - 57:13 (WMA = 54:11)

1/2M - 1:17:31 (WMA = 1:13:50)

MARA - 2:33:27 (WMA - 2:28:31)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Not sure yet. Attempt to reach my maximum potential as a master's runner, whatever that may be.

Personal:

I'm in the Army. I am married with four children (17/14/10/5 years old). Currently working at BYU as the head of the Army ROTC program. Trying to return to previous running form after having microfracture knee surgery in July 2008.

Ran this evening with James. We went up and ran the Deer Creek Resevoir trail. This is a hilly route alog the resevoir at almost 6000 feet. We did an out and back and I picked up the last two miles to 6:30 pace. This run puts me at 63.25 miles for the week. I am pretty happy with the knee. Still not 100% pain free but I can live with it.
