4 miles at Fort Knox. It is very humid but it is also not at altitude so breathing is easy but you sweat a lot. The knee still hurts but again not as bad as it has previously. Ran with the LTs that I am working with. We did 10x1min hard with 1 min easy rest. The 10x1min was at about 5:30-40 pace. As I sped up that is when I could feel the knee a little more. Did 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups before the run.

3 easy to moderate miles with 250 push-ups and 250 sit-ups. Knee ok but still not 100%. So most likely the meniscus will need a little cleaning up on 10 July.

Rest day after not really sleeping the past couple days. I did go to the gym and wanted to see how much I can bench press. I was able to bench press 185lbs. Not bad since I only weigh 140lbs. Finished off with 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. More hiking through the woods and hills all day tomorrow.

About 12+ miles of kiking on very steep and rough terrain for 6 hours. Crossed a river twice and climbed a lot of very steep terrain in spots you had to use hands to climb up. Overall a pretty tough day.

5 miles slowly picking it for first 4 and then easy last mile. Led the fast group of cadets and started with about 25 and by 4 miles was down to about 8. Ran miles at 7:15, 6:45, 6:35, 6:19 and then easy last mile to regroup everyone. About 50 push-ups and sit-ups.
